  • Option one allows for contact information to be available to all viewers of the website and the general public at large.
  • Option two allows for the contact information to be viewed only by APWCA members.
  • Option three allows for contact information to be viewed only by APWCA staff.

Currently, there are approximately 2700 members of the APWCA, a portion of which is able to be identified in the following online directory.

APWCA is a 501 (c) (6) multidisciplinary organization incorporated under Pennsylvania law which provides educational resources, membership representation to members, insurance companies, Medicare and CMS.  Membership consists of all medical disciplines of licensed providers of wound care including but not limited to: surgeons, general practice physicians, internists, podiatrists, vascular and plastic surgeons, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, physical therapists and more. Requirements for providers to join and maintain active membership with APWCA as well as our designations of Master, Fellow, Diplomate and Associate can be found in other pages of this web site.

Our members have interest in all aspects for continuing education regarding wound care as represented by their membership in this organization. This Association provides educational resources to allow members to stay informed and current on diagnosis and management of difficult to heal wounds with the ultimate goal of providing quality care and best potential patient outcomes. However, APWCA is not a quality of care assessment tool for individual providers and the Association assumes no responsibility for the quality of care provided by individual members.  As in all health care, the patient and the caregiver should seek information through their local community, area hospital, medical state licensing boards and other resources to select their healthcare providers. This membership directory is provided as a resource for membership and for those individuals utilizing the web to obtain information about wound care.

APWCA is not engaged in lobbying for changes to public policy or for candidates for office.  APWCA requires that their website not be utilized for such activities.  In the event that APWCA determines that the website is being utilized inappropriately, future access to the website maybe denied or suspended as determined in the sole discretion of the Board of Directors of the APWCA.  No one utilizing this site may use this directory for business reasons, solicitation, or for resale to others.  Please respect our members information by utilizing the directory for appropriate reasons.
